  1. In the Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF) IITD, we have total 20 different characterization/lithography facilities (AGM, AFM, DLS, EQCM, FTIR, Fuel Cell, GMCS, HPLC, Optical Surface Profiler, PEC Workstation, PL/Raman, Semiconductor Characterization System, Stylus Surface Profiler, Tabletop SEM, Stress Profiler, Tomography Optical Microscope, UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer, XRD, Electron Beam Lithography, Maskless Lithography) which are available for the NRF users of IIT Delhi. The details of all these characterization/lithography facilities are available online. The registered users can book these facilities online at NRF website (http://nano.iitd.ac.in).

The nanoscale research facility has been established with the support from Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeiTy) and IIT Delhi to support the interdisciplinary research in the area of nanoscience and nanotechnology. The facility consists of class 100/1000 clean rooms with several state of the art fabrication/thin film deposition instruments and characterization laboratories . The research program of the center has been focused on both thematic areas of national importance and basic research with importance to the development of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. More than 50 faculty members from various Departments /Centres of IIT Delhi are participating in cutting edge research at Nanoscale Research Facility
